One of my all-time favorite buildings in Asheville. I love the storybook feeling of the architecture, and it definitely charms with its village vibe. If you’re visiting Asheville to see the Biltmore House, take a few minutes and drive through the village which is across the street from its entrance. And if you’re a Downton Abbey fan, you’ll get a sense of how the village’s location from the “Big House” interpreted the workers’ role in its building and upkeep. The church itself was built to minister to the workforce housed in the village.
